Sprovab Nigeria Limited, an indigenous oil and gas service company, is revolutionizing the industry’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture with its groundbreaking innovation – the Digital Safety HSE Statistics Board.

During an exclusive interview with Majorwaves at the 12th Practical Nigerian Content (PNC) event in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, themed “Deepening Nigerian Content amidst Divestments, Domestication & Decarbonisation,” Sprovab’s Managing Director, Olabode Ogundipe, shared the company’s journey in developing this innovative equipment.
Ogundipe expressed Sprovab’s initiative to create unique HSE equipment by manufacturing the Digital Safety HSE Statistics Board. Highlighting the prevalence of manual safety statistics boards in most organizations, he emphasized the company’s design, presentation, and successful collaboration with a national oil company, which resulted in the development of a digital prototype.

He specifically commended the NCDMB for providing crucial assistance in areas such as access to finance, training, development, mergers, and collaborations.
