Spain’s September Gas Imports Almost Unchanged on Year
Spain’s natural gas imports were almost unchanged in September compared with the same month a year ago, government data showed on Thursday.
Spain imported the equivalent of 35,151 gigawatt-hours (GWh) of natural gas in September, Cores, an arm of the Energy and Environment Ministry, said.

LNG shipments represented 69.7% of the total imports, while purchases through pipelines represented 30.3%, Cores said.
Spain re-exported the equivalent of 3,097 gigawatt-hours of gas, mainly to France.
In September, Russian gas accounted for 15.2% of Spanish imports.
