REAN appoints Bilky Gambo as New Executive Secretary
The Renewable Energy Association of Nigeria (REAN) has announced the appointment of Bilky Gambo as the new Executive Secretary of the association.
In a statement made available to Majorwaves, REAN said Gambo is an accomplished Administrator and Communications professional with over 10 years of diverse experience, bringing a wealth of expertise to her new role.
“Bilky’s journey in the realm of renewable energy and sustainability is characterized by a robust background in brand management and creative agency, further enriched by her global perspective and a deep multicultural understanding.
“Her dedication to her craft is underscored by her continuous pursuit of knowledge and skills development. She holds certifications in Communication, Public Speaking, and Professional Marketing, further enhancing her strategic acumen,” REAN said.
Through her career, according to the association, Gambo has held significant roles at organizations such as Gladtrico International Limited and Addax Petroleum Development Limited, GIZ.
“Here, Bilky demonstrated her prowess in corporate communication, strategy management, stakeholder engagement, and budget planning, consistently achieving remarkable results.
“As a versatile leader, Bilky is renowned for her exceptional organizational skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and strategic mindset that fuel successful project management. Her proficiency in communication and public speaking positions her as an effective bridge builder and collaborator.
“Beyond her professional pursuits, Bilky is driven by diverse interests, including writing, reading, researching, and travelling. She firmly believes in the power of continuous learning and remains committed to driving sustainability in Nigeria’s renewable energy sector,” the association stated.
