President Tinubu Appoints Minister Ekpo as Co-Chairman of NCDMB Governing Council.

 

In a move aimed at enhancing efficiency and oversight in Nigeria’s oil and gas sector, President Bola Tinubu has appointed Mr. Ekperikpe Ekpo, the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Gas), as the Co-Chairman of the Governing Council of the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB).

A statement issued by Chief Ajuri Ngelale, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, outlined that the appointment underscores Tinubu’s commitment to establishing a more efficient, targeted, and consistent approval process for unique oil and gas projects in the country.
