Olufemi Soneye, the Chief Communications Officer of Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), has achieved a remarkable feat by winning the prestigious Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) 2024 “Distinguished Spokesperson in the Oil and Gas Sector” award.
