NIMASA Reaffirms Commitment to Environmental Sustainability and More.
Dr. Dayo Mobereola, the newly appointed Director General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), has outlined his key priorities, with a strong emphasis on safety, security, efficiency, and environmental sustainability.
In his inaugural address upon assuming office, Dr. Mobereola emphasized the importance of fostering a purpose-driven organization within NIMASA. He highlighted effective communication as essential for promoting innovation, collaboration, and synergy across all levels of the agency.
“As leaders in the sector, we must embrace innovation and adapt to changes driven by technological advancements, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks,” Dr. Mobereola stated. He stressed the need for continuous efforts to enhance the efficiency, competitiveness, and resilience of maritime operations.
