Mikano International, a recognized solution provider in Nigeria, has signed a partnership agreement with the renowned German power generator firm company, MTU Onsite Energy to deliver a more reliable Independent Power Plant Gas project in higher engines capacities delivering over 450 megawatts for industrial use in Nigeria.
Mikano’s sales director, Mr Loukman Jouni, who spoke at a media chat to mark the firm’s 25th anniversary in Lagos, said the initiative was in line with the company’s determination to help in delivering critical infrastructure and power back- up needed for growth and development of the country.
Jouni stressed that the IPP project has already been delivered and commissioned in some of their customers’ manufacturing industries like, The Intercontinental Hotel, Victoria Island, Aquadana waters, Sunal Food, Nampak among others. Beyond this, the firm, he said, has extended its operations to steel fabrication, lighting infrastructure, real estate, furniture and construction businesses in Nigeria and Africa.
