India is to increase collaboration with Nigeria in power transmission, distribution and renewable energy.
The Indian high commissioner to Nigeria, Nagabuhushana Reddy highlighted the long-standing relations with Nigeria spanning six decades and the need to identify new areas of collaboration.
Reddy added that India is ready to help the present administration achieve its objective of adding 30% renewable energy to the energy mix by the year 2030.
