Kenyans are set to gain greater access to financial services following the launch of new fintech solutions by Experian MicroAnalytics. The platform, which utilizes Creditinfo’s scoring models and local market expertise, aims to provide innovative financial services to help businesses and individuals secure financing.
Sammy Hamoudi, General Manager of Experian MicroAnalytics, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, noting that it would allow the company to introduce advanced mobile financial services, including mobile money loans, analytics, and machine learning. These services are particularly targeted at underserved populations who currently lack access to traditional banking services.
“Experian is committed to promoting financial inclusion on a global scale, and our collaboration with Creditinfo significantly enhances our ability to deliver impactful solutions,” Hamoudi said. “Together, we aim to empower telecommunications operators and fintechs to extend their services to previously underserved communities.”
