Expert praises efforts of NCDMB in building local content confidence.

Oil and Gas expert with the Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas, NLNG, Engr. Omololu Osinusi, has praised the efforts of the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board, NCDMB, in the sector.

Speaking on the sideline of the Nigerian Oil and Gas (NOG) Energy Week Conference and Exhibition, Osinusi said the board has built confidence in the oil and gas sector in Nigeria.

Osinusi said, “You would see that everyone will benefit at the end of the day. You see major players partnering and making use of Nigerian-made products, and at the end of the day, we will find out that we would be better off as a country in Nigeria.

“This is my first time attending this conference but then I see a better theme for the country, the local content, and Nigeria as a whole, there is more to collaboration that we will get from this, with technology innovations and sustainability.

“There would be a need for a lot of collaboration, which would improve the way most people in the oil and gas industry do business, which is going to help us and affect our energy industry.”
