Located within the company’s power plant in Ikorodu, the Learning Academy serves as a strategic training hub aimed at bridging competency gaps, fostering leadership, and driving industry transformation. The initiative is expected to contribute to long-term business sustainability and improved service delivery within the power sector.

CEO of Egbin Power, Mokhtar Bounour, underscored the importance of continuous learning for employees, stating, “Our people are our greatest assets. By investing in their growth, we are ensuring sustainable industry development and fostering a culture of excellence.”

The Head of Human Resources, Gabriel Nkanga, emphasized that the Learning Academy’s curriculum is designed to enhance operational efficiency by addressing both technical and leadership competencies.
